Puerto Rico Business Tax Extension 2026: 2025 Tax-Year Filing Guide

For calendar-year 2025 returns, Puerto Rico pass-through returns are generally due March 31, 2026, while corporate and fiduciary returns are generally due April 15, 2026. A calendar-year partnership or LLC taxed as a partnership generally files Form 480.20(EC), as applicable, when a Puerto Rico filing obligation applies. For the 2025 calendar-year return, the extended filing deadline is September 30, 2026.
