Effective Date: January 12, 2026

Thank you for visiting the FileLater.com website and reviewing our privacy policy. This privacy policy explains the types of personal
information we may collect from and about you, as well as how we may disclose, use and protect that information.

This policy applies to information we collect about visitors to the FileLater.com website and users of our services.
This policy applies both to current and former customers of FileLater.com as well as to those visitors to the FileLater.com website
who do not become customers of FileLater.com. This policy does not apply to any of our affiliates, which may be subject to different
regulations and/or may have different operating practices. Before doing business with any of our affiliates, you should consult their
respective privacy policies.

Information Collection

When you visit www.FileLater.com, we may collect personal information about you from the following
categories and sources:

In order to prepare your application for an extension of time to file your United States federal tax return and to file your application
for an extension, we collect information about you, such as your name, address, and social security number or tax identification number,
as well as your estimate of your total tax liability, your total previous tax payments, your estimate of the balance due, and other information.
Collectively, this information is known as “tax extension information”.

We may also collect information through the use of a software technology called “cookies”. Internet cookies allow us to customize our website
for you by placing small files on your computer as you visit various components of www.FileLater.com. Through the use of cookies, we can display
only those items that may be of interest to you on a particular site, or make it easier for you to access your account information. Information
we collect through Internet cookies does not identify you personally. You can choose to decline cookies while at our website; however, this may
limit your ability to access certain areas of the website. Most browsers accept and maintain cookies by default. Check the “Help” menu of your
browser to learn how to change your cookie preference.

We also may employ a software technology called clear gifs (also known as web beacons), that help us better manage content on our site by informing
us what content is effective and which pages visitors view. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies,
and are used to track the online movements of Web users. Like cookies, clear gifs are not tied to users’ personally identifiable information.

Like most standard website servers, we use log files. Information collected in log files may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type,
internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks. This information is not personally
identifiable. When you use certain online tax services, IP addresses may be tied to personally identifiable information to enable users to file or
transmit tax forms to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and to help detect fraud.

Advertising networks that serve ads on our website may assign a different cookie to you. The information collected is anonymous and is not linked to
your personal information. These cookies may be used to select which ads you see and determine the effectiveness of this advertising. You may choose
to decline cookies from third-party ad servers, which FileLater.com does not control.

Information Use

We do not sell or rent your personal or tax return information to anyone, and we do not share your personal or tax extension information with anyone
outside of FileLater.com for their promotional or marketing use. We may, however, use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about
products or services we believe will be of interest to you, where permitted by law. We may also use your email address to send you information on behalf
of any of our sponsors, where permitted by law.

FileLater.com uses your personal information to manage your account, to contact you and to operate, improve, and deliver our services, including our website.
We use your personal information to provide you with information and services you request and to tell you about FileLater.com products and services.
We use your personal information to charge you for the services you purchase. We use the contact information you provide to communicate with you.
We use your tax extension information to prepare and file your application for an extension of time to file your return, and to provide related assistance and services.

You may use FileLater.com services to assist you with the preparation and electronic filing of your application for an extension of time to file your tax return.
“Tax extension information” is information that you provide to prepare an application for an extension of time to file your tax return using FileLater.com.
The use and disclosure of tax extension information may be governed by Section 7216 of the Internal Revenue Code and many state codes and regulations.
FileLater.com discloses or uses your tax return information only in accordance with applicable laws.

As part of the tax filing process, the IRS requires FileLater.com to request the e-mail address of the person electronically filing a tax extension application and,
if an email address is collected, provide it to the IRS. As a method for detecting fraud in connection with electronic filing, the IRS may require FileLater.com
to provide certain Internet Protocol (“IP”) information (e.g., IP Address, IP Date, IP Time and IP Time Zone) of the computer from which the extension application
originated associated with that extension application.

During customer service and technical support, we may request and collect certain personal information including your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address.
We use this information to contact you to answer your question or resolve your issue. We may also send a follow-up survey. If we offer chat support, chat transmissions
may be encrypted, but you should not supply more personal or tax information than is required to address your specific issue. A transcript may be generated and retained
and may be used to resolve current and potential future questions or issues and for quality assurance.

We may use your mobile number to provide text message alerts for transactional purposes (such as authentication/login codes when requested) and, if you opt in,
for product information, tips, promotions, or other marketing activities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages by replying “STOP”
to a marketing text. Transactional messages (such as login codes) may still be sent when you request them.

We may use service companies to perform services on our behalf (for example, payment processing, hosting, analytics, customer support tools, fraud prevention,
and messaging delivery). These companies are not permitted to use your personal information for their own purposes.

We may disclose your information to affiliates or non-affiliated third parties when required by law or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to
protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, to investigate fraud, or to respond to a government request. We may also disclose non-personally identifiable,
aggregate information for analytical purposes.

If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, personal information may be included in that transfer, subject to applicable law and customary confidentiality protections.
