State of Texas Business Income Tax Extensions – Tax Year 2009

The State of Texas does not have a state income tax. Therefore, there is no state of Texas business income tax extension.

If you received a confirmation email from FileLater that your federal tax extension (Form 7004)  was approved, there’s nothing more you need to do.
